PRIVACY

What we collect, why, and who else sees it.

GOLDFILMS CINEMA (goldfilmscinema.com and its /cinema catalogue) is run by Abner Jacques. This page covers both the main site and the cinema catalogue — one domain, one policy. Last updated October 12, 2026.

What we collect

Information you give us

If you use the contact form, the music submission form, or the film submission form, we collect what you type — name, email, project or track details, reference links, and any message you send. Submissions are stored in a server log and emailed to goldfilmscinema@gmail.com so we can reply.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and how you arrived here. GA4 sets cookies to do this. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data once it reaches them. We don’t control, and aren’t responsible for, their practices.

How we use what we collect

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone beyond the service providers listed above who help us operate the site.

Cookies

Analytics and embedded video players set cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work, though we won’t be able to tell your visit apart from anyone else’s.

Your choices

Email goldfilmscinema@gmail.com to ask what we have on file for you, or to have a submission deleted. We’ll action it within a reasonable time.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it. Material changes will be reflected here — there’s no separate mailing list for policy updates.
