Report an infringement

Email goldfilmscinema@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

• Your name, and your relationship to the work (owner, or authorised to act for the owner).
• A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL on goldfilmscinema.com of the material you want removed.
• Your email address and phone number or mailing address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We review notices promptly. If a notice is complete we remove or disable access to the material and may tell the person who supplied it. Most of the catalogue is metadata and links to official trailers and providers, hosted by others; for anything hosted elsewhere you should also contact that host.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, email us with the URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your name, contact details and signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

We remove the access of anyone who repeatedly submits infringing material.
